Product Details

Roland wet milling burs deliver precision, efficiency, and exceptional surface finish, making them an essential component of Roland’s dental CAD/CAM systems, particularly the DWX series milling machines. Designed for wet milling systems, it can efficiently dissipate heat in wet cutting environment, reduce heat accumulation during cutting, and prevent material from overheating or cracking. The combination of wet milling and precision-engineered burs significantly reduces the risk of chipping or breakage of fragile materials such as ceramics and lithium disilicates.

Roland wet milling burs are made of tungsten carbide for enhanced wear resistance and cutting performance. They produce a smooth, polished surface, minimizing the need for post-milling polishing, achieving the high translucency and natural appearance required for lithium disilicate restorations, ensuring that restorations meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Roland wet milling burs are used to mill crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays and overlays in lithium disilicate ceramics. Ideal for anterior and posterior restorations where strength and aesthetics are critical
